Generating QR Codes for Your Pages & Menus

You can now create QR codes for any menu item or page in your Pool Queue site. This makes it easy to add scannable links to banners, posters, flyers, or signage at a facility.

Where to Find the QR Code Feature

1. Go to Admin › Site.

2. Open the Menu Items tab or the Pages tab.

3. Edit the menu item or page you want to share.

How to Generate a QR Code

1. Inside the editor, click the QR Code button.
   A QR Code window will open.

2. You’ll see:

   • A preview image of the QR code.

   • A Download PNG button.

3. Click “Download PNG.”

   • The QR code will save as an image file to your device.

Using Your QR Code

• Print it on banners, posters, or event flyers.

• Add it to handouts or brochures.

• Post it at the facility or on bulletin boards — anyone with a phone camera can scan it.

What the QR Code Links To

• The QR code always links to the live Pool Queue page or menu item.

• If you later update the page content, the QR code does not need to be re‑generated — it will always lead to the correct URL.
