📍 Server Address: ftp.poolq.net
System Administrators can find their FTP username and password by navigating to Setup → Site in the Pool Queue system and scrolling down to the FTP section.

Security & Best Practices
✅ Keep Your FTP Credentials Secure
Each club has a unique FTP username and password. Do not share your credentials with unauthorized users.
✅ Acceptable Use Policy
All usage of the FTP server must adhere to the Pool Queue Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse of the server may result in restricted access.
✅ No Additional Folder Setup Needed
Each club is automatically placed in their designated folder upon login. You do not need to manually specify a folder when uploading.
