About the “Not Used” Image View
The Not Used view performs a best-effort scan of where images may appear across your site, including pages, settings, events, and other content areas.
Because content can change over time and images may be referenced in ways that are difficult to detect, this list should be treated as a helpful guide rather than a guarantee.
We recommend reviewing images visually before moving them to the trash or permanently deleting them.
Conclusion
The Image Selector feature streamlines the process of managing and selecting images, making it easier for users to enhance their content with visual elements. With the ability to organize images into folders, tag them, and now identify images that are no longer in use, keeping your site clean and organized has never been easier.
Changes to tags, folders, and image status are for internal management only and do not affect public visibility unless images are permanently deleted.
