The Officials Tracking subsystem of Pool Queue allows your organization to track and maintain the officiating history of one or more people per account.
An Official in Pool Queue is qualified by their highest level Category, and most recent Observation.
The act of tracking progress for an official is through an Observation.
To begin tracking Officials within your organization, plan how you will be assigning Categories and Observations, then proceed to Setup / Officials. If you have an existing list of Officials, you can import them to get started.
