How do I enable two factor authentication (2FA)?

We strongly recommend 2FA to secure accounts.

Account holders can enable 2FA by:

• Signing in to their account
• Navigating to [My Account]
• Navigating to [Login security]
• Following the 2FA setup procedures

System administrators can ensure a higher level of security in their system by demanding accounts of specific role have enabled 2FA.  System administrators can do this by:

• Navigating to the Administration Interface
• Navigating to Setup / System
• Locate the section titled "Roles requiring 2FA) and selecting all appropriate roles
• Selecting [Apply]
