In Pool Queue, administrators have the ability to mark accounts as Historical or Suspended, each serving distinct purposes for managing member and account statuses.
Historical Accounts
Marking an account as Historical means the account is considered inactive or no longer relevant. The Pool Queue system will generally try to hide Historical accounts from system views and exclude them from most searches. This is useful when managing older accounts that are no longer part of active operations but need to be retained for record-keeping purposes.
Suspended Accounts
Marking an account as Suspended places restrictions on its activities. Suspended accounts cannot:
- Register members for new sessions or events.
- Declare for upcoming events.
- Sign up for jobs or volunteer positions at events.
A Suspended status helps prevent certain account actions while still keeping the account visible in the system.
