Navigate to Setup / System to review the Account control options and choose one of the following options:
- Accounts can be created by the public. Choose this option to allow the general public to create an account on your site.
- Accounts can be created by the public, but require approval. Choose this option to allow the general public to request the creation of an account, which must be approved by an Administrator or Registrar.
- Public account creation disabled. Choose this option if your administrative staff will create accounts manually.
For Accounts that can be created by the public but require approval, Administrators and Registrars will be sent approval emails. Deleting an account approval will prevent a future request from being allowed.
