Once ID Cards are created, administrators and registrars can easily send them to members by email.
Each email contains the member’s unique QR code and a link to their public membership verification page.
You can send cards one at a time or to many members at once.
1. What the Member Receives
Each recipient gets an email with:
The member’s name and club name in the subject.
A scannable QR code image.
A direct link to the public verification page.

A short explanation:
“Scan this code to verify membership, or click here to open your verification page.”
The card image and verification link are both unique to that member and remain valid until reissued.
2. Sending a Single ID Card
You can send an individual card directly from a member’s profile.
To send a single card:
Open the Members Detail page.
Select the ID Card command
Click Send ID Card.
The member (or their parent/account holder) receives the email within a few seconds.
If the person sending is not an Admin or Registrar, the system ensures they can only send cards for members they own (linked to their own user account).
3. Sending ID Cards in Bulk
For larger groups, Pool Queue can email cards to all eligible members in a single operation.
To send in bulk:
From the Members view, select the desired members.
Select Batch Actions / Send ID Cards.
A confirmation dialog appears listing all eligible members.
Click Confirm Send to begin.
Pool Queue queues the send operation to a background process and tracks progress automatically.
4. Understanding Bulk Send Status
Each bulk send operation moves through several states, displayed in real time:

| Prepared | The operation has been created and is ready to confirm. |
| Confirming | The system is verifying and queuing messages. |
| Queued | Emails are being delivered. |
| Completed | All messages have been sent (or failed counts recorded). |
| Cancelled / Failed | The operation did not complete (rare). |
