For larger organizations where each Registrar is responsible for a set of Rosters, consider taking advantage of the Manage Rosters option.
Only System Administrators can assign the Manage Rosters option.
When a Registrar is assigned one or more Rosters through this option:
- Only those Rosters can be managed in the Schedule
- Registration alerts for those Rosters will be delivered
To assign the Manage Rosters option to a Registrar:
- Locate the account within the Administration interface
- Select one or more Rosters from the Manage rosters field (reminder: this field is only visible for accounts assigned the Registrar role).
- Select the [Save Changes] command.
