Roster Check

The Roster Check feature allows you to generate a roster export in the formats required by swim organizations to validate your athletes’ memberships.

When you run a Roster Check, Pool Queue produces a zip file containing:

• HFILE001.HY3 – a HyTek roster file.

• RosterCheck.SD3 – an SDIF roster file.

Both files can be provided to the receiving organization for membership validation.

How to Create a Roster Check File

1. Go to Members / Members in the administrative interface.

2. Filter the member list as required.

3. Check the box next to one or more members in the grid.

4. Select the Batch Actions button.

5. Choose Roster Check.

6. A zip file will be generated containing the HyTek and SDIF roster files.
