Campaign Landing Page Features – Pool Queue

Each campaign in Pool Queue includes a professionally styled public landing page designed to showcase your club's fundraising effort and encourage donations. This article outlines what visitors will see.

Page Structure Overview

A typical campaign page contains the following sections:

Hero Section

Campaign Name
Campaign Description

This area gives immediate context and sets the tone for the campaign.

Countdown Timer

If the campaign hasn’t started yet, a live countdown displays how long until donations begin.

Displayed as:
“Starts In: 14 Days 03 Hours 12 Minutes”
Once the campaign is active, the countdown is removed automatically.

Stats & Progress

Three key stats are shown near the top:

Label	What It Shows
Total Raised	How much has been donated so far
Goal	Overall fundraising target (if set)
Days Left	Days remaining until the end date

Top Fundraisers (Optional)

If the campaign uses member-based fundraising:

Displays a list of top fundraisers based on donation totals.
Only active and visible members are shown.
Members with hidden progress or inactive status are excluded.

Each entry shows:

Profile image (if enabled and approved)
Name
Amount raised toward their goal

Recent Donations

Shows a feed of the most recent donations with respect to privacy:

Fundraiser Only	“Private Donor”
Anonymous	“Anonymous”

Each entry also shows:

Donation amount
Message (if provided)
Time/date of donation

Admins can configure how many recent donations are shown.

These are designed to encourage supporters and fundraisers to share the campaign on their networks.

Donation Buttons

Depending on the campaign configuration:

A “Donate to the Campaign” button appears if general donations are allowed.
If the campaign is in pre-start or post-end state, donation buttons are hidden.
