Introduction
The Dashboard provides an at-a-glance summary and navigation interface for managing rosters, sessions, and other administrative functions for the selected season. This article will guide you through the main components of the dashboard, including the season and session selectors, roster navigation, and view options.
Sections

Season Selector (Top Left)
- Location: Top left corner of the dashboard.
- Purpose: Allows users to select a specific season, setting the context for viewing rosters and sessions.
- Usage: Click the selector to choose a season from the dropdown menu, filtering all dashboard content accordingly.

Session Selector (Contextual)
- Location: To the right of the Season Selector, appearing only when applicable.
- Purpose: Enables users to choose between multiple sessions within a roster if that roster spans more than one session in the selected season.
- Usage: This selector will appear when a roster with multiple sessions is chosen. Use it to switch between sessions relevant to the roster.

Left Vertical Navigation Menu
- Structure:
- Summary: A high-level overview of all rosters and metrics, displaying session-based statistics such as registered members, waitlisted members, and any upcoming withdrawals.
- Rosters: Each roster listed under the Summary tab represents a specific group within the selected season. Clicking on a roster name loads roster-specific options and views.
- Usage: Select a roster from this menu to reveal the Roster View Options at the top of the main content area.

Roster View Options
- Location: Displayed at the top of the main content area once a roster is selected.
- Options:
- Schedule: Presents a weekly view (Sunday to Saturday) of the selected roster’s scheduled classes.
- Class List: Shows a list of all registered members in the roster, with access to perform assessments on individual members.
- Attendance Sheets: Allows for printing a basic attendance sheet for the roster.
- Usage: Toggle between these views to access different roster details.
Navigating the Dashboard

Step 1: Select a Season
- Begin by choosing the desired season from the Season Selector in the top left. This action will filter all dashboard data according to that season.

Step 2: Choose a Roster
- From the Left Navigation Menu, locate and select a roster under the Summary section. This action loads the roster-specific options (Schedule, Class List, Attendance Sheets) in the main content area.

Step 3: Switch Sessions (If Applicable)
- If the chosen roster has multiple sessions within the selected season, the Session Selector will appear. Use it to select the relevant session for that roster.

Step 4: Toggle Between Roster Views
- With the roster selected, choose Schedule, Class List, or Attendance Sheets to view and manage specific details for the roster.
Tips
- Quick Access to Roster Details: The Class List provides direct links for performing assessments, while the Schedule shows availability, waitlisted members, and additional notes (e.g., medical notes).
- Efficient Navigation: Use the Left Navigation Menu to quickly switch between rosters without resetting your chosen season or session.
