Note: This function is restricted. Only System Administrators or Registrars have the privilege to copy Roster Schedules.
When initiating a new season, if roster schedules from previous seasons are largely similar, you can expedite the setup process by copying them. Here's how:

Initiate the New Season:
- Begin by creating your new Season in the Schedule section.

Establish a New Session:
- Proceed to create a new Session within your newly initiated season.

Initiate the Copy Process:
- Next to your Session name, you'll see a drop arrow command. Click on it.
- From the dropdown, select the "Copy Roster schedules from another Session" command.

Choose and Copy:
- A list will be presented showcasing Rosters from previous sessions.
- Browse and select the roster(s) you wish to copy into the new session.
- Review the new Rosters in the Schedule
- You may need to adjust pricing point requirements in each of the copied Rosters.
By following these steps, you can seamlessly replicate roster schedules, saving time and ensuring consistency.
