How do I enable the QuickBooks Online "Pay Now" option for invoices?

If you would like your end-users to pay their invoices directly through the QuickBooks online payment system (instead of processing it yourself through the Pool Queue automation):

• From the Administration interface, navigate to Setup -> Accounting -> Financial Integration
• Check the box titled "Enable QuickBooks 'Pay Now' option"

*** Note: Once this feature is enabled, a Pool Queue accounting Administrator will be required to synchronize Pool Queue invoices ***  Instructions here
