A return policy for Pro Shop orders is presented on-screen during the order process, and is linked within the order email confirmation.
To create a return policy:
- From the Administration interface, navigate to Setup / Terms & Conditions
- Create a new document
- Name the document (e.g. "Club return policy")
- Uncheck the "For registration" option
- Complete the document, and Finalize it when ready
To apply the return policy to your Pro Shop:
- From the Administration interface, navigate to Setup / Pro Shop
- Choose the Terms and Conditions document in the Return policy field that you created in the step above.
