Only an Administrator, Registrar, or Accountant can remove the last credit card from an account holder's profile. An account holder may remove a card from their profile, as long as at least one additional card has been exists.
To remove the credit card:
- Locate the account holder in the administration interface
- Find the [Billing] button, and click the drop-down arrow
- Click the Payment Methods button
- A new window will open, presenting the payment methods for this account holder
- Click the [Remove] link on the credit card in question
