Synchronizing Accounts & Members with Swimming Canada REMS

Introduction: This guide explains how to import accounts and members into your Pool Queue system using the Swimming Canada REMS (Registration and Event Management System). Please note that REMS is a third-party system, and the process may be subject to future updates by Swimming Canada.

Note: You can use this process at any time to update a member's "Member Number" to ensure accurate synchronization between Pool Queue and REMS.

Step 1: Export Data from REMS

1. Log in to your REMS system as a Registrar.
2. Navigate to Registration > View Registrants.
3. Populate the list of members by selecting the appropriate Season and Membership Status.
4. Click the Export button to download the registrant data file to your computer.

Step 2: Import Data into Pool Queue

1. In your Pool Queue system, log in as a System Administrator or Registrar.
2. Go to the Tools section and find the Swimming Canada (REMS) import option.
3. Browse for the file you downloaded in Step 1 and upload it.
4. If the process is successful, Pool Queue will present a summary of changes made to the accounts and members.
