Introduction: This guide explains how to import accounts and members into your Pool Queue system using the Swimming Canada REMS (Registration and Event Management System). Please note that REMS is a third-party system, and the process may be subject to future updates by Swimming Canada.
Note: You can use this process at any time to update a member's "Member Number" to ensure accurate synchronization between Pool Queue and REMS.
Step 1: Export Data from REMS
- Log in to your REMS system as a Registrar.
- Navigate to Registration > View Registrants.
- Populate the list of members by selecting the appropriate Season and Membership Status.
- Click the Export button to download the registrant data file to your computer.
Step 2: Import Data into Pool Queue
- In your Pool Queue system, log in as a System Administrator or Registrar.
- Go to the Tools section and find the Swimming Canada (REMS) import option.
- Browse for the file you downloaded in Step 1 and upload it.
- If the process is successful, Pool Queue will present a summary of changes made to the accounts and members.
