Overview
The "View and Restore Deleted Dues" feature in Pool Queue is designed to help System Administrators, Registrars, and Accounting roles manage and recover dues that have been accidentally deleted. This feature provides a safety net for restoring deleted dues and allows users to review what has been removed from the system.
Accessing the Feature
To view deleted dues:
- Navigate to the Dues page.
- Click on the Ellipsis Button (three dots) located at the top-right corner of the dues section.
- Select View Deleted Dues from the dropdown menu. This will open a modal dialog displaying a list of all deleted dues.
Viewing Deleted Dues
Once the modal dialog is open, you will see a list of deleted dues. The list includes several columns, such as the date of deletion, account name, fee type, description, etc. A filter panel on the side allows you to narrow down the list by attributes like Fee, Source, Product & Service.
Restoring Deleted Dues
To restore one or more deleted dues:
- Select the dues you wish to restore by checking the box next to each item.
- Click the Restore Selected Dues button at the bottom of the modal dialog.
- Upon successful restoration, a confirmation message will display the number of dues restored.
- The modal dialog will close automatically, and the main list of Dues will refresh to reflect the changes.
Roles and Permissions
Only users with the following roles can view and restore deleted dues:
- System Administrators
- Registrars
- Accounting
Usage Scenario
This feature is particularly useful when dues are accidentally deleted and need to be quickly restored. The process is straightforward and ensures that important financial data is not permanently lost.
