Once defined, a privacy policy is presented to the public in the system-generated footer of your website.
To create a privacy policy:
- From the Administration interface, navigate to Setup / Terms & Conditions
- Create a new document
- Name the document (e.g. Privacy Policy)
- Uncheck the "For registration" option
- Complete the document and Finalize it when ready
To apply the privacy policy to your site:
- From the Administration interface, navigate to Setup / Site
- Locate the Privacy policy field on the screen and select the document you created in the steps above, then Apply your changes.
