Configure a Default Email Footer that is automatically appended to all outgoing emails.
This new option is available under Setup / Mail and is ideal for adding consistent boilerplate content such as:
Links to your club calendar or website
Contact information
Helpful reminders or disclosures
The footer supports basic formatting and links and is intentionally kept simple to ensure reliable display across all email clients.
